All hours selected at the time of booking are prepaid and are non-refundable, whether or not the full booked time is used on move day.

If additional time is required beyond the prepaid booking, it may be available subject to crew availability. Any additional hours will be charged at the applicable same-day moving rate, which will be outlined in your booking confirmation.

Payment instructions and procedures will be sent to the email address provided once your booking request has been received and processed.

Labour-only moving services are available outside Winnipeg within a 150 km radius. If you require labour-only assistance beyond Winnipeg, please submit a quote request or contact us with your moving details including that you require labour-only assistance. We’ll provide a customized hourly rate based on your specific needs.

Payments made toward your booking are fully refundable if you cancel your move at least 48 hours before your scheduled moving date and time.

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us by email or text message with your cancellation request. Your cancellation will be considered effective from the date and time we receive your notice.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled move may be subject to cancellation fees or may result in the deposit/payment being non-refundable, in accordance with the terms of your booking.
