Payments made toward your booking are fully refundable if you cancel your move at least 48 hours before your scheduled moving date and time.

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us by email or text message with your cancellation request. Your cancellation will be considered effective from the date and time we receive your notice.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled move may be subject to cancellation fees or may result in the deposit/payment being non-refundable, in accordance with the terms of your booking.
