Refund Policy

​At Jo & Gs Movers, we strive to provide professional, reliable, and transparent moving services. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. Booking Deposit Refunds

• A $100 deposit is required to secure all bookings.

• Deposits are fully refundable if the client cancels or reschedules the move at least 48 hours before the scheduled moving time.

• If cancellation or rescheduling occurs less than 48 hours before the move, the deposit will be non-refundable.

2. Service Refunds

Refunds for completed services may be considered in the following situations:

• Service not rendered: If Jo & Gs Movers fails to show up without notice or rescheduling, a full refund of any payment or deposit will be issued.

• Incomplete service: If part of the service was not completed due to company’s fault, a partial refund may be offered based on the scope of the missed work.

Refunds will not be granted for:

• Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

• Damage to items especially, where not properly packed or secured by the client.

• Claims made after 48 hours of service completion without proper documentation or evidence.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at joandgmovers@gmail.com within 48 hours of your completed service and provide the following:

·         Full name and booking reference

·         Date and location of your move

·         Reason for your refund request

·         Photos or supporting documentation (if applicable)
