Service Description
We can deliver 1 or max 2 bulky items like; furniture or electronics within Winnipeg for you at a fixed rate. If more than 2 items or outside Winnipeg, please use residential or commercial moving to book or contact us for price negotiation. We also offer small items delivery services. Client should be available to assist the driver to move heavy and bulky items for this service as there will be no additional movers provided.
Cancellation Policy
Jo & Gs Movers provides local and regional courier delivery services for individuals and businesses. Our services include same-day delivery, scheduled deliveries, and bulk item transport within Winnipeg. Areas outside Winnipeg should contact us before booking as fuel surcharge fee may apply. All courier deliveries must be pre-booked via our website www.joandgsmovers.com, by phone, or via WhatsApp at +1 (204) 202 8587. Full payment is required before dispatch, unless otherwise agreed upon. Accepted payment methods: e-transfer, cash, debit, and credit card. Same-day deliveries are guaranteed if booked before 9:00 AM or at least 12hrs before delivery time. Jo & Gs Movers does not guarantee delivery times during adverse weather, high traffic, or other unforeseeable circumstances. Proof of delivery (signature/photo) is provided upon request. Customers are responsible for ensuring packages are securely sealed and labelled. Fragile or high-value items must be declared at time of booking. Jo & Gs Movers reserves the right to refuse improperly packaged or hazardous materials. Jo & Gs Movers is not liable for loss or damage caused by improper packaging, acts of God, or incorrect delivery instructions. Prohibited Items We do not transport: Perishable goods (without proper packaging) Firearms, ammunition, or explosives Illicit drugs or substances Live animals (except as arranged) Cancellations & Refunds (This is only applicable for Courier service) Cancellations made more than 2 hours before pickup time are eligible for a full refund No refunds for cancellations under 2 hours before scheduled pickup. Missed pickups due to customer absence may incur a re-delivery fee. Customer Responsibilities Provide accurate contact and delivery information. Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. Notify Jo & Gs Movers of special handling or location instructions in advance. Right to Refuse Jo & Gs Movers reserves the right to refuse service if: The delivery violates any local or federal laws. The customer is abusive or provides false information. The package appears dangerous, hazardous, or illegal. Jo & Gs Movers may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our courier services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
