Cancellation Policy
By booking towing services with Jo & Gs Movers, the customer agrees to the following terms: Payment Terms – Full payment is due upon completion of service. Accepted Payments – We accept cash or e-transfer Charges – Rates are based on distance, vehicle type, and towing conditions. Customer Responsibility – Clients must ensure safe access to pickup and drop-off points. Vehicles must be in a towable condition. Liability – Jo & Gs Movers is not responsible for delays caused by weather, road closures, traffic, or customer-related issues. Damage Disclaimer – While all care is taken, Jo & Gs Movers is not liable for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, or items left unsecured inside the vehicle. Cancellation Policy – Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tow. Right to Refuse – Jo & Gs Movers reserves the right to refuse service if the request involves illegal, unsafe, or hazardous conditions, or if false information is provided. Jo & Gs Movers may update this policy at any time. Continued use of our towing services signifies acceptance of these terms.
